After a decade of sweating it and loving it and making some lifelong friends... its time to look after me!

There are many groups and PT's out there now! Find one that ticks your boxes!

When I started this in 2011 there were just 2 gyms 🏋️‍♀️
Pindan Fitness (Sally Reynolds)and Broome Pcyc and the only outdoor group.... me!

Thank you to all of you who joined me and trusted in me!
Completed my challenges!
And
Attended my very first boot camp retreat at Eco beach ⛱️

We really did some silly crazy stuff!
Sand dunes were our friends
Tyres we loved but most of all I loved our Saturday morning sessions the Camel 🐫 track and coffee ☕️ afterwards at ZOO CAFE!

After resigning from the Prison as Ativities Officer after a terrible surfing 🏄‍♂️ accident I bought a surf shop BARRELLS SURF🏄‍♀️ geez I knew nothing about retail but I did have the passion!

We now have 3 shops
Barrells, Ripcurl Broome and Broome Cycles! That is enough!🤣
