MB31 - MODULAR BUDGET 31 - starting from $105k (ex yard)

The MB range is 3500mm wide to reduce transport costs. The Verandah and Deck (optional) are fitted on site once Pod is delivered.

FEATURES
- Bedroom is a generous 3000 x 3500 with BiR and a small Dresser, the optional half/Screen wall separating the Living area from Bedroom allows for privacy but still creating separation between areas.
- Lining area is 3950 x 3500 allowing for ample room for a Couple or loads of room for a Single person. Living area has a Sliding Door that opens onto the Covered Deck allowing for inside/outside living.
- Kitchen is simple and functional, with all key features, Hot Plate, Range Hood, Sink and Overhead Cupboards. The kitchen is a very important part of any POD and we work with you on the final design to make sure Functional and Modern.
- Bathroom while compact features a Enclosed Glass Shower Cubicle with zero threshold for ease of entry. Dual Flush toilet, Dual head Showerhead, and Wall hung Vanity. Standard on all Backyard Pods is Floor to Ceiling Tiling for ease of clean and a fantastic finish.
