Do you have experience supporting children and families, particularly those with complex needs? Apply to join the Intensive Family Support team at IMPACT Community Services as a Case Manager.

In this hands-on, client-focused role, you'll:
👨‍👩‍👧‍👦 Work directly with children and families to improve safety and wellbeing
🧩 Manage a caseload and develop tailored support plans
🤝 Coordinate services and referrals across agencies
📝 Maintain accurate case notes and documentation
