At Mighty Mitts Boxing, we believe every child deserves to feel accepted, supported and empowered.

Our inclusive mentoring program provides a safe, non-contact boxing environment where children and young people—including those with autism, ADHD and other neurodevelopmental differences—can build confidence, resilience, friendships and important life skills at their own pace.

We've been privileged to see children grow from being hesitant to participating with confidence, making new friends and celebrating achievements they never thought possible. Parents have also shared positive changes in confidence, emotional regulation and communication beyond the gym.

🌸 Our wonderful Mighty Mitts facilitator, Jess, will be your hostess for the morning, creating a fun, welcoming and inclusive environment where everyone feels comfortable and supported.

🥊 That's a wrap for Term 3, Mighty Mitts Warriors! 🥊
A huge thank you to our Mighty Mitts Warriors, families, students, teachers, and school staff for your commitment throughout Term 3 across our Bundaberg and Gin Gin community and school programs.
We loved seeing our young Warriors grow in confidence, resilience, and self-belief each week.
We hope the Little Champs Workout Poster will help to keep our Warriors active and working towards their goals until we start the Term 3 program on the 22nd July.

The Play On! Sports Vouchers program has extended its dates, giving more families the opportunity to apply and use their vouchers for Term 3.

🥊 Mighty Mitts Boxing Qld Inc. – 7 to 17 yrs Mentoring Program 🥊

Mighty Mitts Boxing Qld Inc. has expanded its Mighty Mitts Warriors program to support young people aged 7 to 17 years who have been impacted by adverse life circumstances, including online bullying, school disengagement, va**ng, domestic and family violence, and child exploitation.

Through safe, positive male and female mentoring and a non-contact boxing program, your child or young person will build trust, respect, resilience, self-esteem, confidence, and discipline.

Our experienced youth facilitators provide a supportive environment that empowers young people to make positive behavioural choices, break harmful cycles, and work towards living healthy and fulfilling lives.
