Feeling like you aren’t fitting enough physical exercise into your day? Here are 5 simple ways to incorporate exercise into Daily life:
1. Taking the stairs instead of an elevator
2. Use a standing desk or take regular breaks to stretch and walk around if you have a sedentary job.
3. Use household chores as an opportunity to get moving, such as vacuuming, gardening, or washing the car.
4. Walk or bike to nearby destinations instead of driving.
5. Prioritize consistency over intensity, aiming for small, manageable doses of exercise every day rather than sporadic intense workouts.
