The town centre design at Embark Busselton is in full swing with the renowned Clarke Hopkins Clarke Architects leading the way.

CHC, known for their award-winning urban design, is crafting an innovative vision, a space that goes beyond commercial, a vibrant social community hub.

The intelligently planned space will include a supermarket, pharmacy, cafe, restaurants, and childcare facilities, ensuring it meets the needs of residents. The design’s key focus is on integration, fostering constant activity for all age groups. Picture older kids enjoying an adventure playground nearby, young kids playing in the town square, and retirees strolling over from their clubhouse. This thoughtful planning aims to strengthen community bonds and intergenerational connections.

The project team is actively exploring ways to fast-track essential amenities, bringing the town centre to life sooner.

A huge thank you to everyone who joined us for the Free Community Movie Night! The screening of IF (Imaginary Friend) brought big smiles to so many faces. It was wonderful to see families and friends enjoying the night together with plenty of popcorn, ice cream, and fairy floss! 🍿🍦✨
