Did you know that in WA there are things called ‘default limits’? 🚗🚗

Default limits are the speed at which you should be travelling in particular areas when they are not signed otherwise.

For example, in Built-Up areas, the ‘default’ speed limit is 50 km/h unless signed otherwise.

A ‘Built-Up’ area is any road:
🔴 on which street lighting is at intervals not over 100m for 500m or more

🔴 which is ‘built up’ with structures devoted to business, industry or houses at intervals of less than 100m for a distance of 500m or more.
