🌊 Great Reef Conditions Ahead for Reef Trip Guests
If you’re joining a Reef Trip from Cairns tomorrow or later this week, the forecast is looking fantastic.
Winds are expected to be around 6–7 knots, which usually means calm seas and beautiful conditions out on the Great Barrier Reef. Light winds make a big difference on the water, creating smooth cruising and ideal conditions for snorkelling and diving.
Even if Cairns sees the occasional tropical shower, it rarely affects the reef experience. What really matters is the wind, and with winds this light the reef is often at its best.
It’s shaping up to be a wonderful week to explore the reef.
