Through meaningful interactions, play-based experiences, and plenty of cuddles, Miss Mel and Miss Kameilia build strong relationships with each child and their family.

🌿💛 Goodstart Kanimbla Celebrates NAIDOC Week 2026 💛🌿
At Goodstart Kanimbla, we are proud to celebrate NAIDOC Week 2026 as we come together to recognise and honour the rich histories, cultures, achievements, and contributions of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples.
Throughout the week, our children have been engaging in meaningful experiences that encourage respect, understanding, and appreciation of First Nations cultures. Through storytelling, art, music, yarning, and connection to Country, we explored the importance of culture, community, and belonging.
We believe that fostering cultural awareness from an early age helps children develop respect for diversity and a deeper understanding of Australia’s First Nations peoples. Please see a small video of this week we share with you this special week with our children, families, and community as we learn, reflect, and celebrate together.
