Over the last few weeks I have been hitting up the candidates for the Melba area and asking about their commitment to the Melba playground. I have just heard back from Peter Cain (Liberals), who sent me this. Please check out the last part of the document involving education and a commitment to an investment in an all inclusive Playspace at the Melba secondary school.

This is what 23 years of a labour government in Melba looks like.

Please remember in this upcoming election, every Canberra political party except Labor spoke in the assembly and said 'yes' to an all inclusive playground in Melba. Everyone.... except Labor.

Anyone else get their rates notice and find out that their UV has increased ridiculously over the last 12 months?
Nothing has changed in Melba, services have declined and yet UV has gone up? Really?

Find this little guy under the slide at the scarlet st playground today. Anyone know if it's an Australian bus rat or just a common rat?

My son and I went for a walk to the Miranda St playground today. it's covered in offensive graffiti. I have reported it to fix my street (https://www.accesscanberra.act.gov.au/s/fix-my-street), please feel free to do the same.
If we can't get a new playground, lets tell the government that they need to fix the ones we have.
