I committed to doing something today that I'm not comfortable with.

It is something that makes me feel a little icky, a little scared and a lot out of my comfort zone.

But I am going to do it. Personal and professional growth doesn't come from staying comfortable, it comes from getting a little uncomfortable and putting yourself out there every now and again.

Thats how I felt starting Stepping In Resume Services.

But I did it because I want to help other people realise what they offer in a workplace. After 20 years in working in Federal APS Recruitment, helping work areas find the perfect match for their vacancy, I wanted to turn that around and help people realise their potential, discover their skills and talents and find their perfect job.
