Some flavours arrive fully formed. This wasn’t one of them.

It took more testing, more tasting, and more second guesses than we’d like to admit. More than once, we almost left it behind.

But every version taught us something.

The result is a cake that’s bright, earthy, creamy, and just tart enough to keep you coming back for another bite.

Raspberry Matcha returns and this time as a gâteau.
