Morris Property Group has commenced the year strongly, achieving top out at Walter and Whitley and completing the project’s major structural works.

Formwork stripping across the basement levels, ground floor and level 1 is complete. With the structure finalised, services rough-in, internal framing and external painting are now progressing throughout the building as the next phases of construction take shape.

The onsite display is also advancing at pace alongside the main works. Services installation, internal framing and wall sheeting have been completed, with tiling and joinery installation almost finalised. The suite remains on track for opening in early April 2026.

Construction continues to track in line with the schedule, and we look forward to sharing further updates as work progresses.
