The Brands are everything.
Pink brands are the bomb. Coveted by many.
The brands bring the magnificence. They make us, the retailer, look good.
Over the years, we have worked with some of the best designers in the industry.
Proudly, we were the first independent, multi-brand Australian retailer to pick up the ready to wear collections of Megan Park, Anna Thomas and ELLERY.
Not far behind, Romance Was Born.
This was a coup, and a great privilege we never underestimated.
The magic that was Trelise Cooper became a signature brand in the Pink portfolio.
A little bit of heaven in each glittering garment. The joy her collections brought was palpable.
Each of our brands so different, yet the high design element, the outstanding fabrics, the authenticity, and the commitment to invention was the mantra for all.
Our designers from the international runways that most captivated were Missoni, Talbot Runhof, Beatrice B and HIGH by Claire Campbell.
The design ethos at HIGH - ‘Smart clothes for smart people’. Get in that queue…….
At Pink, it wasn’t about ‘clothes’ nor generic trends or fast fashion.
It was the artistry, the theatrics, the intangible beauty, the transformative experience.
It was how the clothes made you feel, as much as how they made you look.
All our brands walked the walk. Talking is short lived..
These designers will always be revered by Pink.
Thank you for having us. Forever grateful.

Show me the Pale in Pink.
We launched to a paler palette, a subtle nod to a designated girl space.
Not daunted by no profile, no audience, and a bad attitude to crossing the bridge, we unpacked our collections.
We knew you’d come. And come you did.
Our tag line, Think Pretty, is as much about confidence and empowerment as the clothes we were selling.
Our first collections came from Australian Fashion Week 2002, many being the up and coming, the avant-garde and new to the stage.
We were new. We wanted new. We wanted the best.
Our Street Fashion shows became iconic amongst our followers. And the boys who worked the car yards and panel beaters.
Everyone was welcome.
We put our brand up in lights in spectacular style.
’Think Pop’ led the way……
DJ Goldfinger pumped it up.
Heels were high, spirits higher.
Pink was off and running.
And the road just got pinker, and pinker…

Time to bid farewell.
As we prepare for this, we want to take you back in time to the amazing Pink road travelled.
Take you back to where we began almost 20 years ago. On a dirty, low brow street with gravel for paving, car exhaust as the alluring scent, and tradies who fell for a Pink shop they had despised.
Over our last 14 days, we will share with you what vision, colour and courage look like through the Pink lens.
Pink has created an energy that has encompassed many spaces, events, wardrobes and people.
And we hope will surpass this place in time.
Being locked out from our parties, dinners and events that were to mark the end of Pink, is incredibly disappointing.
But Pink will host a glittering party when the shackles break free.
Whilst civil disobedience has long been a specialty, it's time to wait in line.
Enjoy these moments in the rear view mirror.
It is with a warm and full heart that we reflect on all that has been created, shared, learned and achieved.
