It may look like financial control, emotional manipulation, social isolation, threats, constant criticism, or physical violence. Many men suffer in silence because they don't recognise the signs or fear they won't be believed.

• Report it to Police, your doctor, or a lawyer. You are not to blame.
• Talk to someone you trust. Isolation is one of the abuser's greatest tools.
• Create a safety plan for yourself, your children, and your pets if needed.
