Lebanese & Mediterranean Cooking:

This practical based course will provide students a solid understanding of flavour combinations and how to best prepare ingredients to maximise flavour, with recipes primarily from Lebanon, the Middle East, Greece and Turkey.

Each session includes the preparation of a main meal, appetisers/entrees and sweets/desserts. The skills gained in this course can be used to increase creativity in everyday cooking demonstrating how to cook healthy food without sacrificing taste.

Spanish for beginners:

Course participants will be able to understand more about the Spanish language. You will learn the right pronunciation, for better and clear speech; How to hold easy conversations, to say what you mean; develop a better understanding and basic knowledge of everyday Spanish Language, including numbers, vocabulary and grammar. This course will build your confidence to speak this global language. You also will learn about the Spanish culture, including some traditions, and a simple, but tasty, popular Mexican dish. Suitable for beginners. Bring a notebook and pen!
