A circle of men gathering in presence, care, and honest connection. Here, we support each other, show up with courage, and turn inwards together.

What makes this group different: we don’t navigate life through the thinking mind alone. The body leads. Somatic, felt-sense awareness becomes the compass, guiding us beyond story and into what’s actually alive in us right now.

All men welcome. All walks of life. No experience necessary.
