Thank you to all the wonderful women who came out for another wonderful full moon women’s gathering. It is always such an inspiration to meet new Women, in all of their uniqueness and magnificence. I love these small-group Breathwork journeys which provide such a wonderful space for Women to deeply connect to the inner wisdom and healer.

Although I’m a deep believer that we are all already whole, and don’t need “Healing” in the sense of there being something wrong with us that needs fixing. I also believe, from my own personal journey and experience supporting others, there are still sometimes part of us that can be a little bit lost and separated, that need loving shepherding back home to our heart.

For me personally, having support from a community or guide to drop into the deepest spaces of inner knowing has been a wonderful gift to support me to live a more wholesome and happy life. And it’s a joy to hold this space for others to do the same.

Our April women’s gathering is a wonderful women’s Biodanza immersion. An invitation into a day of sensual celebration of self through movement and dance. Boodanza is a wonderful invitation into connection with our self movement, as well as invitation to connect with other women easy and joyful ways.
