Episode 2: Method of Payment and Fees

Hey there, it's Sonam Euphel again. In this session I am going to talk about the burning questions about payments and fees. Let's dive right in!

So, "In which currency can I pay for my insurance?"

The answer is very easy. You can pay for your insurance in Ngultrum via any bank (BNB, BOB or Tbank) through their SWIFT transfer, just like how you pay your tuition fees.

OR, if you've got your dollars organized by your family or friends in Australia, we can accept that too."

Remember, if you make payment via bank SWIFT transfer, it usually takes about 3 days and there might be a small bank fee for sending money.

But.....in saying that, you get the bank exchange rate which can be much cheaper and more reliable than exchanging from strangers on Facebook marketplaces who charge way more than the bank rate.

The next important questions is, “Do we charge any fees?”
The answer is simply NO! We don't charge any processing fees for our service. You'll only pay for the insurance cost itself. The only extra cost you would pay is the banks transfer fees which also minimal.
