I’m looking for someone to join me at Upside Ave as our Growth Marketing & Content Manager.

This person will help turn our knowledge and day-to-day work into valuable content, then use that content across social media, Meta and Google ads, EDM, SMS and our CRM to generate qualified landlord leads.

It is a hands-on role. You’ll be creating, filming, editing, posting, running campaigns, reviewing results and helping keep me accountable to producing useful content consistently.

We specialise in Rooming Accommodation property management across SEQ and residential property management in the Redlands. We have a strong database, clear target markets and a significant opportunity to grow.

The position can be part-time or full-time.
