Have you considered an energy sessions? I completely understand if you’re sceptical. Truthfully, I am too.

I’ve probably been my own biggest critic throughout this journey. I regularly check in with myself, questioning what I’m experiencing and making sure my own expectations or ego aren’t influencing what comes through. I also encourage my clients to question. Curiosity and healthy scepticism are welcome here.

Sometimes the insights that arise during an energy healing session don’t make sense in the moment. More often than not, clients tell me that, with time, those pieces begin to fall into place.

My background has always been grounded in logical thinking, science and evidence-based practice. That mindset hasn’t disappeared—in fact, it continues to shape the way I approach this work. I still question everything. There are experiences I’ve witnessed in sessions that leave me both deeply curious and equally questioning.

It’s certainly an interesting field to work in, especially when you come from a healthcare background.

Over time, I’ve come to believe there is far more to our existence than simply the physical, three-dimensional aspects of ourselves. My personal experience in these sessions has led me to explore the possibility that we are more complex and interconnected than we often realise.

Each energy healing session is unique. Along with working energetically, we explore the stories we tell ourselves, our mindset, our emotional patterns and the ways we can support greater balance and wellbeing. No two sessions are ever the same because no two people—or even two visits with the same person—are ever exactly alike.

If you’ve been curious but uncertain, that’s okay. You don’t have to have all the answers, and you don’t have to believe anything in particular. Simply come with an open mind and a willingness to explore your own experience.
