🟡 Building Cultural Intelligence 🟡

Starting on April 26, you can join this free online module to develop your ability to better connect, communicate and work with people who are different from you - key skills that leaders around the world are looking for in graduates!

"Cultural Intelligence (CQ) is about learning from different cultures in different countries, but equally, it could be about different cultures in different companies and sectors, even departments in the same company, and it is a vital skill that graduates must be able to show." Shuvo Saha, Senior Director of Google.

Upon completing this program, you will:

👉Gain an RMIT Cred to showcase your new skill to your networks and future employers

👉Develop deeper self-awareness through uncovering cultural influences and their impact on behaviour

👉Become equipped with the skills you need to build relationships and deliver results across cultural boundaries

👉Be better able to inspire and motivate diverse groups with different perspectives
