Hi! My name Sam and I am a Kinesiologist and Energy Healer & Teacher with over ten years of experience.

I support women, just like you, who feel overwhelmed, emotionally exhausted and disconnected from themselves.

In addition to private sessions, I run group meditation sessions at my Chelsea studio twice a month.

Hosted on Sundays, they're a calming and grounding start to your week. The next session is coming up on Sunday 19 July.

These sessions are the perfect way to make space for yourself and your healing journey, and, for new comers, it also provides a deeper understanding of how I work.
