Well, we are back again for another exciting year. We are in a new venue and have exciting plans for our chess players this year. Tonight from 6pm our juniors return for a lesson and some casual play, followed by a fixed opening tournament at our senior club from 7pm.
We hope to see you there.

Thats a wrap on the first year of the Swan Valley Chess Club. We would like to thank all those who have supported us so far and those who will continue into the future. We will be back on the 15th of January at our new venue. We will be moving to the old Midland Courthouse on Helena Street in Midland. See the website for further details. There is a lot more to look forward to next year and we welcome all players to come and check us out. Thank you again and we look forward to seeing you in the new year.

Its chess night once again. This week for our junior club depending on numbers, we will have a free mini tournament. For our adults there is the final round of our current tournament. Prizes will be allocated next week. We hope to see you there.
