Today we recognise and celebrate the women in our profession whose leadership, resilience and work continue to shape our communities.

Within the conveyancing profession, that recognition carries particular significance. The Conveyancing workforce is proudly female-led, with women building their own practices, guiding clients through complex property transactions 🏡 and mentoring the next generation of practitioners.

The Australian Institute of Conveyancers (Victoria Division) itself was founded by three pioneering women 35 years ago - a legacy of leadership, collaboration and professional excellence that continues to shape the profession today. 👏
