I have taught for many years and the philosophies discussed by Gracie here are so similar to what I have taught and still teach for over 25 years. Martial arts is a journey, each person has their own path to follow but ultimately what you learn should benefit you and the people you train with should compliment you. There are so many “McDojos” out there these days, but it seems the traditional styles, no matter their origin, still reign supreme.
