Returning from Monday, our Build My Bones class is helping women over 40 years build and maintain bone and muscles plus prevent injuries including fractures through improving balance.
Join us once or twice per week at my Keperra studio.
Never lifted weights before? No problem.
You will be stepped through techniques and exercises will be modified to accommodate your current fitness and health conditions.
Class numbers strictly limited to 8 ladies, so everyone receives individual attention.

As a Physiotherapist with extensive experience in womenβs health you will not only receive safe, evidence-based exercise. You also have the opportunity to ask questions, learn more about your changing body, and gain practical advice that helps you feel more confident and comfortable throughout your pregnancy.
Relaxed conversations happen naturally before and after class or during breaks as questions pop up. Often, if one person is wondering something, several others are too.
