Let's talk about boredom eating...😴

When idle moments strike, it's easy to turn to snacks out of habit rather than genuine hunger. o tackle this, start by recognising the triggers. When and where does boredom eating tend to happen? You can then replace those moments with healthier alternatives.

By staying aware and proactive, you can break the cycle of boredom eating and stay on track toward your wellness goals!

This cucumber and chicken wrap is perfect for lunch on the go, in the garden soaking up the sun, or for the packed lunch box! πŸ₯¬

Ingredients:

β€’ 1 ounce of cream cheese at room temperature
β€’ ΒΌ medium avocado, mashed
β€’ 1 teaspoon lemon juice
β€’ β…› teaspoon salt & β…› teaspoon ground pepper
β€’ 2 tablespoons chopped fresh herbs
β€’ 1 whole-wheat tortilla
β€’ ΒΌ cup shredded cooked chicken
β€’ 2 tablespoons of shredded carrot
β€’ 6 thin slices of cucumber
β€’ Β½ cup mixed salad greens

Method:

1. Stir cream cheese, avocado, lemon juice, salt and pepper together in a small bowl. Add herbs and stir until well blended. Spread the mixture evenly on tortilla. Top with chicken, carrot, cucumber and greens, then roll up like a burrito.
