Cybersecurity Urgent News!

Dear Customer,

After the Australian government had announced today of confirmed cyber-attacks that are going on in Australia, we are advising all our customers to please take this seriously and follow precautions to protect your infrastructure. The Australian government has warned that they expect an increase in attacks targeting Australian organisations ranging from government, industry, political organisations, education, health, essential service providers, and operators of other critical infrastructure.

What steps we advise you to do right now:
• Update your operating systems to the latest system version (Microsoft Windows, Apple Mac OS)
• Make sure your anti-virus program is up to date and run a full scan.
• Update your computer and email passwords using a minimum of 8 characters using a combination of capital letters, lower case, numbers, and symbols.
• Report any suspicious computer behaviour, eg (Decreased performance, strange files on your directories, strange pop-ups on your browsers.)
• Immediately report to our support team any unusual activity as soon as possible.
We are in contact with the national security agency (ACSC) Australian Cyber Security Centre and also with (ACS) Australian Computer Society to keep ourselves updated and to seek further advice on how to protect our Customer's computer and systems infrastructure.
