Still struggling to find the time to do a declutter and tidy of your Dubsado account? 🙋🙋🙋
You’re trying to do ALL the things in your business and tidying your Dubsado always seems to fall to the bottom of the heap. Cue.... your set-up is a bit of a mess 🤯🤯🤯 forms with ‘out of date’ branding, which version of your contract is the updated one and your package list hasn’t been tidied in foreva!
I get it, it’s frustrating! .... finding the time to tidy and declutter just never seems to happen! 😔
But it doesn’t have to be a big chunk of time.
Set aside some time once a month to do a small section so you don’t have to do it ALL at once.
I’ve been posting a declutter and clean up tip at the end of each month to break jobs down and make it easier for you so follow along and avoid 🆘
End of August's tidy task is your projects page. Review your projects page and make changes so that:
✔️your project titles provide helpful details (name of client, what service you are providing and date)
✔️your tags describe your services and help with analysis
✔️project statuses let you know at a glance where your clients are at in their customer journey/process
✔️project sources let you know where your leads are coming from
✔️old projects are archived

There’s only one reason why you're taking way too long to set up your Dubsado.
It’s because it really is a huge learning curve!
You have most of your content created but the Dubsado forms are doing your head in 🤯
You want to use the scheduler but the template settings and how to send them are a bit confusing 🤔
You want to get your workflows built but you keep going in circles with actions and triggers 🌀
So what do you do?
You try to watch some more of the Dubsado training videos....
You google other people's workflows to see if they'll work for you ....
& scroll the gram for ‘Dubsado set-up checklists'......
But this just makes it all more overwhelming.
