We pledge to learn, to be open minded, to do what we can to understand and protect culture.

✨Reflection. At the end of each day we gather in circle to reflect on our day. We roll a beautiful “cube of discussion” which prompts us to reflect on what we feel, what we have learned, want more of, less of, what we wonder and what we would change.
It’s a critical part of our day that offers time to validate us as individuals, pause, consider and be heard.
