Got some time over the weekend to look after yourself? Bring up the heart rate with this little workout. 💓

5 Rounds as fast as possible:

10 Squats
10 Push Ups
10 Rows (no weight at home? No worries, you could use a water bottle, a bag of flour, the vacuum cleaner)
30 sec high knees
10 Good Mornings
20 Lunges (total)

Make sure to keep your chest upright and your back nice and straight at all times - enjoy! 😉
