Apparently we have a day to celebrate the environment.
It’s this Friday the 5th June. I’m not sure how I feel about this. I mean, surely given we all live on this planet and it’s our home, that every day should be World Environment Day? 🤔 but I get it. So many people are stuck in 4 walls, not outside admiring the nests of the wrens that they have lined with soft squishy banksia fluff. 🥰 It’s sad. I know it’s hard to escape the 4 walls when the weather has been rather extreme this week, too. But the environment is who we are . WE are nature. We cannot be separated or it breaks our hearts. ♥️ so if you celebrate nature this Friday by being outdoors, planting something, checking out your local nests for their warm cosy goodness, or just admiring a cloud for 20 minutes, then that is cause to celebrate! 🥳
And just a reminder that I will take you out to reconnect and immerse in nature, your home, any time you need. Just let me know. I just ask you to bring a friend. If you have a group then I’ll give you a discount. Because this is not a job for me and I certainly haven’t made any money out of it for the last 7 years. 🤣 my insurance has gone up by $400 a year but I haven’t even changed my prices. I just genuinely think we need our home and to be comforted by it more than ever nowadays. So I continue to do whatever I can to encourage you to celebrate being nurtured with nature any way I can. If you need to stop the treadmill and feel human again, then reach out. Cos you are not a machine. You are not meant to feel this stressed out. You are not meant to celebrate nature once a year on a Friday. You are a human BEING . Not a human DOING. 😘🙏 This connection matters.

Did you see my post about yelling at the local cockatoos on Tuesday? Well I don’t yell AT them. Usually it’s kind of WITH them. They are normally carrying on telling stories and I just like to get involved. You know, with joyful noise, a big fat hello in Wadandi the local language here which i figure they know a lot better than Australian English is KAYA!
Plus I get a bit of dopamine while I’m at it. 🤣❤️🥰 Anyway, totally recommend. 🥰

So- morning’s sky had me stopping and- OMG, can you see, look! Moments where you can’t think about doing anything except standing and having a little moment where possibly some tears pricked the corners of your eyes, you know, because- this, we get to breathe THIS in, we get to see and feel THIS -for FREE and it’s just today’s special … and honestly - just look! Look at it! The sky painted this perfect, perfect moment which only me and a handful of others who bothered to look up and see, got today’s LIMITED EDITION 🌅. This once in a life time, daily bloody exquisite MIRACLE that I was lucky enough to witness. Yeah . It stopped my breath. (It was also 3 degrees so that was pretty breath stopping too!) 😂 but honesty - how perfect is this world we get to live in EVERY DAY ??? Just -mind blown. Not on holidays either. Today! And then, this afternoon, picking weeds out of the garden, I said hello to a huge flock of black cockatoos, so I yelled KAYA ! At them (I do this every time I see them because it’s local Wadandi for hi! And it’s so joyful and sounds like their echoing calls and feels like joy too) , so that, too was a moment of stupendous magic right there, yelling KAYA at some messengers from the skies, then, I had yet another moment, because I picked an apple- from my own tree- and how magical is that?! Seriously?!! This small tree, just ATE sunlight, drank some water and created an APPLE !!! 🍏 just- made it basically out of thin air!! 🤔And tonight I will go to bed, also with a few tears in the corner of my eyes, and say, thank you thank you thank you. 🙏 these moments, they make a life. They help me navigate this precious, fragile, fake Ai world, and they connect me back home, to this earth. That is Shinrin Yoku. Do you need any other reasons to come to a guided session and be humbled.mind blown and filled with joy and at peace all at once?
