Rushing in too quickly can lead to shorter naps and more night wakes. But by pausing, you’re helping them (and yourself!) get more sleep.

🙈 Arghhh Sorry Ive been MIA. It’s been a minute, hasn’t it?
Life at ESS HQ got heavy lately, and it gave me a wake-up call about what really matters— FAMILY.
And honestly? I want to share this positivity with you. Life’s too short to let tiredness steal the joy from your life as a mum. These kids are amazing - but sometimes we’re just too bloody tired to see it. Anyone else?!
I’ve been there—tired, anxious, running on caffeine and Google searches, second-guessing everything. It wasn’t pretty 🌪️
