Your choices are to instruct a private paying lawyer, be eligible for a legal aid lawyer or lawyer paid by legal aid (or at least obtain a 1 hour voucher or maybe more), or to self represent.

l offer a service for people including self represented litigants if they just want a lawyer to do some of the work and they do other parts, or just want a lawyer to appear for one court event, edit an affidavit or just give some advice on a one or adhoc basis. I also full legal representation as well.

If you are seeking just some advice on the phone or video , I have a weblink to call and it will be charged on a per minute basis of $6 a minute or $360 an hour and it will be paid by card, eg Visa, etc. People can book a time to speak to me or if I am available when they wish to call, I can speak then.

Supreme Court of the NT and Darwin Local Court

The troopy has now reached the top end of the mainland NT Courts being the Supreme Court of the NT and the Darwin Local Court. The Federal Court and Family Court of Australia (FCFCOA) has a Registry in tbe Supreme Court and hears matters. After travelling about 5000 km from Sydney to Darwin via two detours of old gold prospecting towns, we have arrived at my favourite spot in Darwin for a bit of a rest, drinking a Jays coffee at the Nightcliff foreshore Jetty.
