Today we had a customer whose feedback made our team feel quite disheartened.
Over the years, we’ve rebranded, moved locations, updated our logo, and improved our services — all to offer quality Remedial Massage, Cupping, and Dry Needling.
Our therapists are fully qualified in Australia, not just holding unverified overseas certificates.

However, this client complained because what he received wasn’t the “traditional Thai massage” they expected.
Just to clarify — we do NOT offer Thai massage.
Our focus is on remedial massage that follow Australian standards and are eligible for health fund rebates.

👉 Important note: We have taken over the business from a previous operator for years, but we are not responsible for any past issues, promises, or activities made by the former owner.

Every booking comes with an automatic SMS confirming your service type and appointment time.
If you ever feel something isn’t what you expected, please let us know during the session so we can adjust — not only after the massage has finished.

And just a friendly reminder:

Recently we have received calls that people need extra service 🙄 or ask lots of questions about our therapists’ personal information which is not related to our training background or work experience. We tried to be polite to everyone but we have no choice to be tough enough to those people.

We are all qualified remedial massage therapists and members of massage association. There’s zero tolerance to sexual harassment in our clinic.
We have to protect our staffs and business reputation.

We understand some customers are not familiar with technology.
