Responsibilities:
• Create a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment for children in our care.
• Implement age-appropriate educational programs and activities.
• Foster positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues
• Monitor and support children's developmental milestones.
• Provide personal care and support as required.
• Collaborate with the team to maintain a clean and organized learning environment.
• Adhere to all relevant policies, procedures, and regulations.
Requirements:
• Certificate III/Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (or equivalent)
• Current First Aid/CPR certification
• Working with Children Check (or willingness to obtain one)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
• Strong understanding of child development principles and practices
• Demonstrated passion for early childhood education and care.
• Flexibility and availability to work on a part-time or casual basis,
