Seeking Office Manager

About Us:
DEC Installations specialises in Medium sized projects in Government, Defence and Private sector. We're currently seeking a dedicated Office Manager to oversee and optimise our office operations.

Position Overview:
As the Office Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth functioning of our office. You'll be responsible for managing administrative tasks, coordinating office procedures, and supporting various departments.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day office operations, ensuring efficiency and compliance
• Manage office budgets, expenses, and procurement of supplies
• Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements
• Serve as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders
• Maintain office policies and ensure adherence to company standards
• Support HR functions, including recruitment and employee onboarding
• Foster a positive work environment and address staff needs or concerns

Requirements:

• Strong leadership and organisational skills
• Proficiency in MS Office suite and office management software
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Detail-oriented with problem-solving skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively

Preferred Qualifications:

• Familiarity with Xero and SimPRO
• Knowledge of accounting principles
• Previous experience in a similar industry
