Had the pleasure of doing the food for the stand at the Australian Tourism Exchange.
Imagine 100 people gathering around watching getting cooked in paperbark. I’ve seen it a hundred times myself, but seeing that international mob amazed by it reminds you how special what we do up here in the Territory really is.
Hopefully people get to see a glimpse of the culture, food and stories we’re sharing from the Top End.
If anyone knows me, they know I’m supporter.
Got invited down for the Sir Doug Nicholls Round to take the brothers through the kitchen, and what I can tell you is they put on a clinic.
I was once part of the and Jim Stynes was one of the biggest mentors in my life. I hope he’s smiling down on this one.
And got a game in the snrs, and I reckon it was the feed that help kick that goal 😂
