First official customer cake went out today, sadly with only four days to plan and make I couldnt pull off the masterpiece I usually prefer. Themed to Holdens and skulls for a 50th birthday, the end result was deffinately unique and I hope they enjoy it :D

An edible graveyard :) Was a piece I desired to have a go at and it came out wonderfully. With caramel choc drop stepping stones, brownie coffins filled with chocolate mousse and white chocolate skeletons, the kids loved digging into the cake to find the burried treats. The musoleum was filled with multiple layers of mousse, biscuit, chocolate and rasberry jam. The entire thing was edible, even the fencing was a chocolate covered twist to give a gnarly effect.
