If you've ever recorded songs from radio to tape, now is the time to start thinking about check-ups and early detection. ๐Ÿ“ป

Since the panic of Y2K, some of the most common cancer survival rates have doubled because of better early detection and screening. Lung, bowel, and skin cancer, all more common in men, are being found earlier thanks to improvements in cancer detection. The earlier cancer is detected, the greater the opportunity for effective treatment and positive health outcomes.

Completing a skin check or bowel cancer kit takes you less time than a quarter of footy, and could just save your life.

This Men's Health Week, encourage the boys to think about their bodies. Hit the link to find out more information ๐Ÿ‘‰ https://ow.ly/4ltV50ZbzO2
