I’ve experienced anxiety for most of my adult life, and it makes so much more sense now that I know I have ADHD. My brain is constantly inundated with thoughts; analysing and processing every little detail around me.

Introducing 'Ashlea Bray Creative Studio!' 🥳

Full disclosure?
I actually launched my VA Biz nearly two years ago.

Despite having 14 years of admin experience, and experience providing support for a team of staff, it has taken me more than a little while to find my feet.

I started this business in the midst of a mental health battle, which has seen a lot of self-discovery and an eventual ADHD diagnosis late last year.

Getting diagnosed in my mid-thirties has been a rollercoaster! Finally having answers to questions I've been wondering about myself for my entire adult life.
It has been an extensive process with a lot of self-reflection and learning new strategies to overcome struggles and manage day-to-day life.

In building this new knowledge, understanding & accepting there is a reason my brain works differently (something I've known for a really long time!), I've been able to realign my business goals from a neurodivergent perspective.

And now? It feels like I'm just getting started!

Firstly, I am leaning into my creative side.
I've rebranded my biz; 'Ashlea Bray Creative Studio,' and I'm streamlining my services in more of a 'design & create' direction. Design and creativity is my jam, so it's what I'll be sticking with!

Secondly, along with realigning my services, I'll also be introducing a unique 1:1 service for those struggling with their creative direction. Stay tuned!
