What can a school breach teach us about enterprise security?
Educational institutions are facing a rising tide of cyberattacks due to weak web security and flat network architectures. Balancing open access for users with robust protection is a challenge every modern organisation faces.
In our upcoming webinar on Wednesday, 24th June, Red Piranha’s experts will walk through a real-world-inspired breach scenario.
You'll learn exactly how Secure Web Gateway (SWG) and network segmentation can isolate threats and minimise impact.

Great to attend the Australia-India SME Conference 2026 and hear from an outstanding panel of business and technology leaders discussing how emerging technologies are helping SMEs move from survival to scale.
A special mention to Ketan Panchal for sharing valuable perspectives on innovation, growth, and leveraging technology to compete in global markets. Alongside fellow panellists Mathavan Parameswaran, Dr Jeffery Mazzini, and Darshil Mehta, expertly moderated by Su Jella, the session delivered practical insights for businesses navigating rapid technological change.
Thank you to the Australia-India Business Chamber for bringing together leaders from across the Australia-India business community for an engaging and thought-provoking event.

An insightful evening at Innovation & Industry Leadership at UWA India.
Red Piranha attended an engaging discussion with UWA Chancellor Dr Diane Smith-Gander AO, exploring the leadership, innovation, and strategic partnerships shaping future opportunities across Australia and India.
Beyond the discussion itself, it was particularly rewarding to connect with leaders driving the Australia-India corridor, including Ian Martinus (Invest and Trade WA), George Thiveos (Minister-Counsellor), Mukund Narayanamurti (Austrade), and corporate trailblazers like Srimathi Shivashankar (HCLTech). Strengthening the critical infrastructure pipeline, our team also met with Navneet Kumar (Skill Council for Mining Sector) alongside sustainability sessions with Rishabh Jain (CEEW) and the UWA leadership group (David Das, Nashid Chowdhury, Ms Deepa Alexander).
Thank you to everyone for the valuable discussions and connections. We look forward to continuing conversations that strengthen ties between industry, academia, and the broader Australia–India community.

Another great day at EDUtech AU!
Today’s discussions highlighted some of the biggest priorities facing the education sector, including the growing role of AI, the importance of sustainable technology strategies, and how schools can maximise the value of increasingly constrained IT budgets.
A common theme across many conversations was the need to invest in technologies that deliver measurable outcomes. For education leaders, that means balancing innovation with operational efficiency, while ensuring cybersecurity remains a core consideration rather than an afterthought.
It has been fantastic connecting with educators, IT leaders, and industry partners throughout the event and hearing firsthand about the opportunities and challenges shaping the future of education.
A sincere thank you to Digital Education Systems for their support. We also appreciate everyone who took the time to connect with our team over the past two days. We look forward to continuing these important conversations beyond the event.
