The changes are constant. With the current pace of life, I have no time to reflect on happenings - all that is left - be in a present and enjoy the moment. In the last 5 months I had to embrace ceaseless transition of occurrences in all aspects of my personal, professional and spiritual being…

It’s probably being the hardest times these last 3 month (even considering what we have survived through Covid lockdowns), the war has set a new bar on my mental in overcoming hardships… I’ve turned and while enjoying my new everything ( too long to mention the full list) and being so grateful for all the unfoldings in my life, I’ve come across a new challenge for myself - I don’t want to be more resilient anymore, adapting to life challenging situation to become stronger. I wish to become weaker, vulnerable, sensitive, exposed and softer - as we are not robots ( while moving into ) we need to start embracing our power of being weak & not to fear be emotionally exposed. It takes an enormous courage to share yourself to others. I’m on a new … wish’s me luck and compassion from others 🤞🏻
