Course Spotlight: Support Coordination Deep Dive

Starting on the 26th of October we dive straight in to the world of Support Coordination!

This module is the essentials of support coordination. From beginners through to seasoned providers, you can take your knowledge to the next level and provide a 5 star service. We're yet to find an existing provider that has not learned a lot during these sessions.

It goes through
- Deep Dive into delivering Support Coordination under the NDIS system
- The 3 levels, qualifications and services delivered under each level
- The roles, responsibilities & best practice delivery in detail
- Client intake, tracking, monitoring & collaborative decision making using practical demonstrations
- Reporting to the NDIS
- Preparing for a reassessment; including new terminology and options, evidence and the planning process

Members of the Australian Counselling Association can receive 10 OPD points after successful completion of an assessment, with an 80% pass mark.
