Structure By Design

Another recently completed industrial development. This the fourth development for the same clients. There are No. 10 - 81 m2 small warehouse and No. 5 - 450 m2 warehouses and - 60 m2 first floor offices. The development looks fantastic.

The future home of Structure By Design P/L. A small warehouse that we have purchased and we will have a mezzanine floor installed. Structure By Design were engage to provide design, drawings and certification of the whole development, 10 small warehouse and five large warehouse with two level offices. New address is Unit 7, 63 Ricky Way, Epping, Victoria, 3076. Just off Cooper street, behind Bunnings Hardware.

United Petroleum - Wodonga. Structure by Design provide structural design and certification of the truck canopy, car and linkway canopy, convenience store and signage. Also reviewing precast panel and steel workshop drawings. SbyD were also able to provide structural certification for the canopies, convenience store and signage at the completion of the project.

The Trybe - Highpoint Shopping Centre. Another completed tenancy fit out in mid 2019. Structure By Design are fortunate to have a strong working relationship with Accent Group.
