🏍️ KinderGym Shape of the Week: Motorbike! 🏍️

This week's Kindergym Shape of the Week is Motorbike – our safe landing shape!

To make a Motorbike shape, children land with their feet apart, knees bent and arms reaching out in front. We use this shape every time we jump to help children land safely and with control.

Practising our Motorbike shape helps children:
⭐ Learn safe landing skills
⭐ Develop balance and body control
⭐ Strengthen muscles needed for jumping and landing
⭐ Build confidence and coordination

We can't wait to see all our little monkeys showing off their safe Motorbike landings in class this fortnight! 🐵

A reminder that Moving Monkeys classes will be taking a short winter break for the school holidays ❄️

We’ll be closed for 2 weeks to rest, reset, and recharge 🔋✨

We’ve had the best term and have absolutely loved sharing in all our gymnasts’ progress, energy, and achievements 💙🤸‍♀️

We look forward to welcoming everyone back from Monday July 13th 🤸‍♂️✨

This fortnight we’re launching our brand new Kindergym theme… SUPERHEROES! 💥

Little heroes will be building strength, coordination and confidence as they train through gymnastics circuits, movement challenges and imaginative play

Every session will be packed with fun, movement and adventure designed just for growing bodies and busy minds. Will you save the day or learn to fly like a real superhero? 🦸‍♂️

So put on your cape (imaginary or real 😉) and join us as we swing into superhero training!
