Been a while ⏳doing roles outside of Roles.

Reflecting, eating, digesting, connecting, disconnecting, and trying not to watch too much news 🌍 =🔥

I even tried to do nothing, just for 20 minutes. I wasn’t trying to meditate. Just to stop, not think in loops, not be productive, not to be absorbed in distractions. I lasted 10 minutes, but 10 minutes of nothing is better than nothing📵

Take care of your energy 🕯️gather it up and rest .. the harder it is to do, the more you probably need it 💋Lou
