Meet Java Halu, this month's featured filter coffee from ☕
Grown high up on Mount Halu in West Java, Indonesia, this washed single origin is the work of producer Teh Rani. A Q Grader and passionate advocate for sustainable processing, she uses an ancient honey process technique to minimise water usage without compromising on quality.
The result is a light roast Indonesian specialty coffee that's as smooth as it is sweet. In your cup you're getting notes of green apple, honey, banana and caramel. A really beautiful and unique coffee that we're so excited to share with you this month.
