The boys post for . Both did the testing 110 km course in 3:30 despite being in different bunches, so the training's working! Dave takes an unexpected and against the formbook scalp in the Lighthouse ZNS "fastest descent" competition with just a very smooth 76.3 km/h out of Skeenes Creek!

Lighthouse ZNS boys seen out training for a double Kinglake climb and surrounds. Brad won the KOM comprehensively, but the couch will be welcomed by all!
